I feel everyone in business needs to keep ahead of the times. My business is 101 years old and has been through many business cycles. I needed help to see my business from a point of view from someone I trust. I did not need to hear that everything I did from an owners perspective was right or wrong, I needed to hear how to help my team embrace new ideas. Changing the old culture, while respecting my company, I wanted my team to feel we are professionals dedicated to making the best possible business decisions for our management team, customers, and employees. We feel it is important to grasp the new challenges and opportunities for the future of our company personally and professionally and Billy helped us achieve that.
